Refund Policy

Progress People refund policy for all events and products is as follows:

Business Summit
Refunds/Cancellations:

A refund is available if you email a request for a refund to Progress People which must be received no later than 90 days prior to the event.
Any cancellation within 90 days of the event will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
A credit equal to the amount owed under this agreement less any cancellation fee is available if you email a request to Progress People which must be received no later than 30 days after this event.
This credit can be used for any Progress People training, product or event within one year of this event.

NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR REQUESTS MADE AFTER THESE DEADLINES AND ANY FEES PAID WILL BE FORFEITED.

Recommendation Seminar
Refunds/Cancellations:

A refund is available if you e-mail a request for a refund to Progress People; request must be received 24 hours prior to the event.
If you are unable to attend, send an e-mail to Progress People within 30 days of the event and you may receive a credit toward a future Progress People event or toward any product offered by Progress People.
Your credit is valid for one year from the date of this event.

VIP Performers
Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation within 90 days of the event will be subject to a £500 cancellation fee.

Membership Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your Membership, call Progress People.

Any cancellation will be effective as of the last day of the month in which Progress People is notified of the cancellation. There will be no refund of partial fees for the final month of Membership.

For an annual prepaid Membership, a refund will be issued which will be calculated as follows: The total fee that the Member would have paid for the expired term of the Agreement will be calculated using the standard charge for a monthly Membership. That total will be subtracted from the amount paid by the Member plus the activation fee normally charged to monthly Members. The balance will be the amount of the refund.

Other Products
Sales for other products such as CDs are final. If any such product is defective or damaged it may be returned to Progress People within thirty (30) days of its receipt for a replacement.
