This is a one day seminar that focuses on putting systems in place for your word-of-mouth recommendations.

You can hope that people will refer you or, if you prefer, you can follow our 77 step programme to create intentional referrals for your business. Once you adopt these tools your clients will begin passing referrals frequently.
